Pros
Extra Space cares about you as a person and is very interested in both your career success and personal success. Extra Space does a nice job allowing employees to balance work life and personal life. I feel the company creates a culture of teamwork and I feel almost everyone wants to do the right thing no matter the situation. Extra Space is a good company to work for and employees are generally treated well. People are nice and management is supportive.
Cons
Not a lot of cons - could be more flexible with telecommuting or other alternative work schedules, but nothing too bad.
