      Pros

      Extra Space is a great place to work. They have great opportunities for growth within the Company . Their training team is dedicated to ensure employees are well versed in ESS policies and customer service. Their management team are always open to suggestions and are there to guide you if needed. Its a rare company that upper management visits and asks" what can they do for you" !!

      Cons

      I have been working for Extra Space for 12 years and they are an innovative company that changes with the times in a good direction. All Pros no Cons as far as I'm concerned !!

      Pros

      Where to even start. The family bond we all have, the career options, the culture, the upper management and more. These are all areas that leave me waking up extremely happy to come to work. I have gained so much self confidence since working with this company. I was always used to being in the shadows working at other retail jobs where it only mattered if you had a specific title in your name. It is far from that in Extra Space Storage. No matter who you are, what you do, you matter. Your co-workers and upper management know your name and treat you as an equal.

      Cons

      Finding cons is truly difficult. I would suggest more traveling for field employees to have the chance to visit the home office and a tour of the National Call Center.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Nice PTO and 401k benefits. Great hours for a sales environment. Paid holidays. A set schedule, but management will work with you when a need for a change arises. A great culture with a friendly team that are all out to support each other. Great opportunity for advancement as well.

      Cons

      Health care benefits are a little high.
