Pros

Good work/life balance. I like who I work with. Good focus of work tasks. Competitive Salary.

Cons

It takes too long to accumulate PTO hours. You have to work here 5 years before you can earn at a faster rate. Suggest changing the tenure to 3 years to earn at a faster rate. Insurance is pricey for what you get. HSA is good.

There is a real sense of camaraderie on our teams. We have the full support of our management and we are doing meaningful work that is mission critical to the company's future. I like that we have clearly defined career paths and a personal development plan. We are encouraged to work on certifications. I like the focus on team ownership of quality and innovation.

Cons

I would like to see more collaboration across departments. More shared vision and goals.

There is a fair probationary period. Benefits are worth it! I have seen them assist a wide array of people with different issues and the communication across teams is highly efficient!
