The best part about working for Extra Space Storage that I haven't experienced anywhere else is the amount of support I've received from upper management. They value their employees and want them to succeed. If you don't have the tools you need to succeed right from the start, make a case for it. They are happy to listen and work with you to get you where you need to be so you can perform your duties effectively and efficiently. I'd recommend working here to anyone who feels like they aren't getting that support at his/her current place of work. This is a collaborative, team environment where everyone is working together for the betterment of the company.
