An Extra Great Working Space

Pros

No scheduled Sundays, no work before 9:30 am or after 6 pm. You get to choose your other day off in most instances. The district staff is helpful and very informative, and when you need help it is never more than a phone call away. If you are someone who counts your daily steps, this place definitely helps you reach your goal!

Cons

The job can be a little dirty with cleaning units and picking up trash. Some customers will get angry with your phone calls and some things you don't have much control over.

Pros

Good work/life balance. Decent schedule. No nights I feel valued as an employee I come from retail where I definitely felt like a number not a person. It’s different here, I feel I’m part of a team that cares about each other including my DM.

Cons

As site managers we do it all.. painting, cleaning, pretty much everything that regards to maintaining the property. I feel pay could be a bit more to be fair for what we do.
