Good tech, helpful engineers and relaxed environment.

Cons

The company changes its direction every year, upper level management doesn't know how to run the company. Frequent layoffs and no care for existing employees. Hr department especially in Bengaluru is non existent, not sure how long will they keep this up.

Cons

- Work pressure is very high. - No hike, low bonus payout (25-40%) - Frequent layoff threat - Recently, the company laid off as much as 60% of its staff in SRA Team in April 2020. - They also forcibly transferred off a handful of staff (Dev and QA) to a vendor company making many of the staff as Contract Workers. - With so many talented engineers out at one shot, there is no future for the SRA business unit, remaining staff are just riding a dead horse.

Frequent restructure, layoffs, very low percent variable component as they never make money . They recently laid off a huge chunk of employees. They fired freshers and all new joinees in this Covid 19 time. Even after that, they have a paycut with current employees. The integrity of company can be tested during hard times, why did they recruit people this year if they have to fire them within months?That means they have no plan or visibility. Every year they buy a new company based on mgmts whims and think that they can be leader in the domain.
