Pros

flexible working hours. no restrictions on WFH. No pressure to learn new things(because they are not doing anything new :) ). you can still survive here with years old technology. no coding, design, debugging skills required to work. here people don't follow any design pattern, proper coding methods. you just need to make things work, you can do coding like college 1yr student, nobody will question you because nobody knows here how to code. very easy to survive in this company with just some buttering skills.

Cons

Managment always find a way to skip hike cycles and cut salary. No hike given from last 2 years and recently they cut 6% salary of all the employees. Bonus is very less hardly 25-30% from last 2 yrs. No new projects. Nothing new to learn only copy paste kind of work.
