The people I work with make it enjoyable

Cons

No appreciation from management - After putting long hours to complete projects for years, and not having time to take PTOs, the company introduced a new policy that requires us to exhaust the balance before participating the FTO plan.

Pros

The discriminatory nature of the new PTO policy shows that management does not care about long term employees. Just based on this careless PTO decision, it shows that management cannot be trusted.

Cons

Management robbed long term employees of their PTO balance. Emails sent to HR, but concerns blatantly ignored with a "too bad, if you don't like it leave" attitude. Other companies within the industry do the right thing by paying out PTO to employees.

Pros

Working culture is really good. Lot of scope to learn wired and wireless networking domains. Good pay and good rewards. Good high level management.

Cons

Went through new acquisitions, so some confusion on future road map. At least some projects need collaboration with other teams in Canada and USA, so up and downs in work-life balance sometimes.
