Multiple acquisitions have made for somewhat disjointed product messaging. Although this will be a temporary issue, it is sometimes frustrating.

Pros

I had many opportunities for career advancement during my tenure at Extreme. Management is team and family oriented.

Cons

The only Con I would place on this employer, really isn't a Con. This is the kind of employer where you should expect to be self driven, and motivated to go above and beyond, career advancement usually came after I had already been performing the duties and proven myself.
