      It is good to be part of an organization that is looking for growth and finding ways to get there. It still has the "we can figure out a way to make this work" feel while heading beyond $1B

      Cons

      Growing pains... We are learning what talent is needed in what positions while going from five $300M companies to one $1B+ company.
