Pros

CEO and Board care about company growth. Genuine and transparent.

Cons

Product leadership and Operations team lack experience in managing current products and creating new. Laggards ... wait till crisis happens ... customer gets ready to leave. Or, have left. Big lack of campus and data center customer/segment focus and making them successful. Amazing sales teams with no product to sell. Whew, hope they wake up soon !!!! Substituting revenues losses by buying new companies instead of solidifying existing product and sales.

budget cutbacks everywhere - unless you're in the right department. top heavy - too many sr. managers & directors telling people what to do often with conflicting instructions. individual contributors doing the work do not get recognized or appreciated. Zero opportunity for career growth - unless you joined from acquisition.
