Pros

The managers are very friendly and reasonable. Flexible work hours with work from home option. Lots of excellent senior engineers you can learn from. Company is small enough to move around and learn something different.

Cons

Very individual work environment which is not always good. The gender ratio is very skewed. Most of the employees are those that have been in the company for several years. All these factors make the work environment very boring.

Pros

Some great people. North Carolina location has better work life balance and a great vibe. People are very friendly.

Cons

Too many politics...all the way to the top.
