      Pros

      Flexible work schedules. Ability to work from home. Generous PTO and holidays. Overall, a low stress work environment. Well established software development processes and infrastructure. Many senior/principle engineers to learn from.

      Cons

      The 401k match is a joke - 1.25%.

      The atmosphere of the office environment and the friendliness of the management team made this role much easier to bear.

      Cons

      The role itself is difficult to overcome. There are a lot of negative aspects to the job that need to be countered with a good attitude.

      Pros

      The work environment is nice, especially considering current size of the company. The company has talented people who are dedicated, management want to improve the lot of this once famous and pioneer company.

      Cons

      The management has not been able to make good use of capital, It made accqusition in east coast that just did not work. Before the acquisition company had more cash in balance sheet then the total market value of the company now.
