      Exciting projects Work autonomy Good pay Work alongside experts

      Forced ranking system causes unproductive competitiveness and only the initiatives that are highlighted at meetings etc get recognized. If you just show up and do a great job its not enough, you must self promote. Move every 3 years which is great because you never get bored but everyone is then a generalist in whatever area they were moved to.
