      Good company for a stable career

      Pros

      Very competitive Benefits package. Working environment is not bad

      Cons

      Not a lot of Opportunities to move across departments. Poor career management plan especially if you don’t have a mentor fighting for your interest. Not enough diversity in culture and management Very slow to innovate.

      Recent changes, such as no longer offering a 401k match and implementing layoffs through "performance reviews" has greatly decreased moral
