Complicated and political structure for advancement. Increasingly high risk acceptance Complete lacy of work I life balance Completely silent progression leads to predatory competition between staff. Out of touch between level of competence and ability to correct issues in the field. Personnel routinely place in a position of failure due to lack of experience in order to keep the pay scale verses responsibility low.
