Pros

I don't have any pros to list except the trainings and salary they offer you.

Cons

It's being one of the traumatic experience for me here, i literally was so pressurized that i resigned without any offer in-hand. i came across the worst team lead in my professional career they would call you anytime even if it's 1 am at night no matter you are on vacation, sick or done with your working hours. Incase you don't receive the call they will give you bad feedback and reviews - mentioning you are not reliable person and say this is feedback oriented company. He created a very pressurized environment and even if i would go to my supervisor there was no resolutions to this behavior instead we have to suffer. It's ridiculously competitive and politics oriented environment. Sick leaves are for name sake and once you use it- you will be made guilty for it- infact next day you will have double work load. Sometimes just to meet the deadlines we will be working on weekends too. I really lost my personal life in this entire journey. I would really say research about company values and work culture before you join. It's not worth it if your company does not provide you peace of mind.

Pros

- flexible working hours (no micro management) - lots of training provided - friendly people to work with (depending on which refinery you work for)

Cons

- limited work opportunities (based on your performance and visibility) - unfair compensation which can vary significantly depending on your performance (homegrown engineers tend to be underpaid) - monotonous job scope
