Salaries show inequalities within teams due to different background of members and it takes very long to compensate (if at all). Yearly salary raise is very minimal.

Carrer development - there is no transparency around some rules for career development. Even defining itself as a meritocracy, it is not rare to have great performance but not being compensated as such - age, local inflation and other topics are considered but we have no visibility of its real impact. Another point is the "inertia" to react to market trends - company takes really long time to change and with recent market changes this is really pushing people to leave. Forcing full return to office and freeze on hiring process is pressuring more and more the ones who are staying.
