      Pros

      The working day ends after exactly 8 hours Some people are nice and friendly

      Cons

      The main products (which are customization only) are old and based on outdated technology. Working for Exzac hardly contributes to the development career. Depressive atmosphere (bad company DNA in my opinion, which leads to a poor interaction between employees). It feels is like a resource which fills customer hours on the weekly form.

      This is a headcount company that gas no concern to professional . No real tech challenges . You will do thins that are below your skills and will be frustrated.
