This is the worst experience of my carreer. Run away from this company ! Not a single person was happy to be there. Apart from the top managers who were happy doing nothing and getting paid, the rest or the guys there had a lot of work to do, worked crazy hours up to 2am several days a week. Entire company without any knowledge: developpers didn't know anything, too ages to do little bugfixes, were always interrupted and being switched on other projects.
Developpers were also split between several clients which makes it very hard to focus on a task and to learn anything.
This company is a sinking boat without many knowledgable individuals. and the few didn't even have the time to breathe...
People stay there on very short term basis in general less than a year: they come to US or Asia or Europe with Exzac's visa and then start looking for something else once they are on the locations. Very unstable and stressful environment (not in the good/motivating way).
