My experience at ESP has been very positive. Leadership is supportive and dedicated to your personal growth. I feel that be biggest Pros ESP has to offer are the following: Growth potential Supportive Leadership Fast pace and very rewarding

Cons

There are some growing pains at ESP but under the new leadership the company is moving in the right direction.

Pros

While working at ESP I have gained a ton of experience and have enjoyed the fast paced environment. I have really enjoyed the diversity in my workload. You will not be bored working here.

Cons

The fast paced environment isn't for everyone. However, if you are looking for fast paced you will enjoy being part of a team with some very bright and positive people.
