Pros

Great small office in Denver. Loved having both clinics next to us. Loved the people and the job.

Cons

Management/corporate COMMUNICATION . Too many moving parts not ensuring that any and all changes made happened at BOTH billing offices and not just one.

Pros

Helping create a brand new department that includes tons of support! Pay is competitive for the DFW area with very decent benefits! Everyone from each department are welcoming and offer to help with anything when needed! Business casual atmosphere that allows fun while getting our job done! (No micromanaging!)

Cons

Slightly chaotic with confusion but that’s to be expected of a new department - with current team it already feels to be on track!

FMR SR ACCOUNTANT GIVES ZERO STARS, NEGATIVE IF POSSIBLE

Pros

Colleagues only, that get replaced almost monthly. Staff needs to overtake management, replace HR and they do not mediate but only side with Upper Management.

Cons

EVERYTHING. No one stays, whether it be through slave labor or Mgmt pushing employees out the door after lies and deception. Won't pay accrued PTO if you quit without giving 2 weeks notice which is a joke.
