Pros

Great place to work. Friendly close staff at my office. We all work well as a team. Always an opportunity to grow, transfer, and better your own place within ESP.

Cons

Corporate may be a little slow on decision making. But most corporate companies are like that.

Pros

Everyone here has been very nice, and I'm impressed with how bright the team is. It seems like a group of really sharp hard working people trying to blaze a new trail. There's a lot of autonomy, and as the company grows rapidly, a big opportunity to make an impact. An adherence to compliance and ethics is also in place. I've felt supported and empowered.

Cons

There's plenty to be done, so I imagine folks who like to sit around and be told what to do, or come to work to make friends and chat all day probably wouldn't be the best fit.

Pros

Colleagues only, that get replaced almost monthly. Staff needs to overtake management, replace HR and they do not mediate but only side with Upper Management.

Cons

EVERYTHING. No one stays, whether it be through slave labor or Mgmt pushing employees out the door after lies and deception. Won't pay accrued PTO if you quit without giving 2 weeks notice which is a joke.
