My experience since joining ESP has been phenomenal, and easily the best culture I have worked in. Everyone is approachable, friendly, and motivated.

Pros

Since coming on at ESP I've witnessed a company spinning its wheels with no direction to one I trust and see new leadership is working for the benefit of the employees and our patients. I'm very optimistic.

Cons

It can take time to get things accomplished but again this is improving

Pros

The people here are amazing. I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed working with a group of people more. The company as a whole has a great model and strong potential for some very significant growth. The compensation and benefits are more than fair.

Cons

There isn't much to say here. It's a good all around company with a diverse background and culture.
