      Pros

      Enjoyed working with fellow colleagues.

      Cons

      The company lacks any type of positive culture. Upper management does not care that none exists. There is very little corporate communication. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing most of the time.

      There are no pros to working at this company!

      Cons

      Main office is in Maryland, bought Denver office 2 years ago and ignore the office. No training when new system went live. ESP management blames everyone else for the problems instead of taking responsibility for them dropping the ball on the Denver office. Management berates employees and continues to ignore pleas for more and proper training. System is not configured properly and it causes a lot of problems that are then blamed on the employees.

      Great culture! Open, friendly and direct, with a healthy dose of competitive spirit.

      Some areas need more work and organization than others - but that is expected in a company this young.
