Pros

Easily one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for! There’s a lot of potential here for professional growth. The opportunity to grow as the company grows will likely lead to bigger and better things down the road if you stick around long enough. We’re changing the industry one practice at a time.

Cons

Cutting through the corporate red tape has its tedious moments.

Pros

Even though I don’t work for ESP anymore, I’m happy to say that it was a positive experience. I gained a lot of experience in a relatively short amount of time. There’s no shortage of work so you don’t have to worry about growing stagnant or bored. I made a few friends during my time here that I still talk to today.

Cons

High turnover was a problem. Not everyone was entirely committed to the company mission.

Sterile place to work, no team feeling, bad management (when I left)

Pros

I was provided a nice piece of technology to use while I worked there.

Cons

Everything else from the location of the office, the open "kitchen" area to managers being 100% door closed throughout the day or in meetings with other managers, there was no sense of togetherness. The place felt sterile and there was not a lot of positive energy there.
