Pros

The work is rewarding. People actually appreciate the expertise you bring to the table. You’re respected by management. They don’t just treat you like another cog in the wheel. Your actions actually matter. This is a company that stands by their employees and takes care of them. It’s a good place to build a career.

Cons

The workload is heavy. Be prepared to work hard.

Pros

I read some of these reviews and I find that many of the criticisms are fair. But when I read things like “don’t walk, run away” or “there are zero pros about working at ESP” I can’t help but to interject. ESP isn’t perfect, but Christ almighty let’s not pretend the company is run by Satan or something. It’s a good company that stands by their employees. The management is very supportive, the work/life balance is perfect, the money is good. Maybe you shouldn’t apply if you’re allergic to working hard? Just a suggestion…

Cons

I think others have covered the cons sufficiently. Let’s just keep it civil and not exaggerate.

Pros

Pure professionalism. ESP provides a clinical experience that’s geared towards helping patients. The corporate side of things is getting better and better every day. This is a company with a mission that you can stand behind with pride.

Cons

I don’t have anything to add as of this time.
