      Work 4 days 10 hr shifts 3 days off.

      Poor Management, horrible communication doesn’t value their employees, low pay rate and expects you to do the most.

      its very easy work, but it will ruin your eyes in the long run.

      Cons

      no salary increase (yearly), people leaves the company after a few months.
