      Not what they seem!

      Pros

      It is a job that provides a consistent salary.

      Cons

      Turnover is way to high. People are fired and no communication goes out to the company letting them know of the change. This affects the efficiency of the company as a whole. CEO is a lecturer and not a CEO, and is not capable to create a unified team. The leadership team does not hold themselves accountable to the core values of the company.

      Dont trust the nice guy front

      There are a few good people that work here. The office is very nice and modern

      Cons

      It is a total dream selling culture, the owners make you feel like the company is doing well and growing when they actually aren’t. The fancy office, company outings and staff all make you think that you are on a winning team, when actually it is the opposite. They make “perks” like a company car and computer seem much more than what it is. For all of the work that you will be doing the salary is not competitive at all and there are no opportunities to move up in the company because management changes every year. Stay Away!
