Nice office, good salary, fun environment, friendly coworkers, caring management, great work/life balance.

Cons

Training could be a bit better, but I am in a fairly new position so things are coming together piece by piece.

The people here really give you a chance to grow your career, develop your skills and evolve as a person. My manager is really motivating, as he sees my potential, and really coaches me to do my best in terms of my job and how to be more professional in an office setting. He, along with the other higher-ups, as well as our HR team have really helped me to better adjust to my transition in a more professional climate.

Cons

I haven't been here long enough, so I can't really see any downsides that I've noticed. Everyone here seems to really gel with one another. However, there's always going to be growing pains,
