Pros

Easy work, You just monitor alarms and dispatch if you see someone who isn't supposed to be there. Youre likely to work at night, So obviously people shouldn't be at the monitored businesses past midnight lol.

Cons

Terrible Work-life balance. You literally cannot even take Unpaid Leave at all which kinda feels illegal. You work 10 hour shifts, The PTO you accumulate = 1 day off for a month of working straight.

Pros

You'll have some side money without having to do much physical labor.

Cons

I want to preface this review by saying that the one good review on this page was written by the CEO, Markus Scott. He uses the phrase "entrepreneurial grit" in his poorly put together leadership videos, so using that in his review just made it all the more obvious. And it speaks volumes that he had to go as far as writing a fake review. From the inconsistent management to the outright lies told to cover up shady business dealings, this company is toxic to everyone. The employees are undervalued and underpaid, the service is overvalued and, half the time, not actually being serviced. People give their hard earned money to this company to have their properties watched, and half the time, no one is actually watching the properties. The place is constantly understaffed and with good reason. No one wants to make something so unstable their primary place of work. If you still choose to work here, my advice to you is to have another job that you can actually prioritize. Don't take anything here seriously. This is the definition of a dead end job. Have fun while you can, until they fire you to save on labor costs or you finally value yourself enough to leave.
