- It is part of VSP, which is awesome - good industry exposure

Cons

- Upper management is corrupt and biased - No push for quality in the products - Processes are all over the place - Higher management is very out of touch with real technologies and challenges - Not very agile - Loads of bugs all around

Pros

I worked at Eyefinity for fours years. It was an outstanding learning opportunity for me and do not regret my time spent there. I was proud to work for VSP. There were some really great people in the lower ranks with a diverse set of backgrounds. Great fun.

Cons

Management was manipulative. Termination practices were inhumane. The software product was always bad, doesn't sound like it's improved. There was a significant trust factor with management. Sorry to hear things haven't changed.
