Pros

Eyemart Express promotes a culture of upward mobility. Employees are always encouraged to apply to for management positions and the company does an great job of promoting within. Onsite training is also excellent. This is a company where someone with little knowledge about optometry can truly flourish.

Cons

The manager was a tyrant and upper management didn't seem to have an issue with her style of motivation.

always busy and a steady paycheck. the pressure of a big corporation is not there as much as other bigger companies or even doctor owned businesses.

Cons

It is always busy and the clients are not the smartest in the world. not as high tech with selling of glasses.
