Operations and professional division do not work together and make it very difficult to accomplish goals. New Leadership is more retail focused vs practice focused. Not a lot of growth opportunities, its more who you know.

Over the top busy.No time to catch up ...no time to train or coach staff properly,no time to be trained to advance and achieve personal knowledge, no time to visit the bathroom at times...non stop customer flow,late retail hours,no life balance.Comunication from leader ship was poor and iffy .
