After 90 days you get a free pair of glasses up to $400 Family discounts for purchases! Full training available My manager is amazing The culture and environment is great So far, I love my coworkers' attitudes Flexible schedule (I am just 1 week in with 6.5 years optical experience from elsewhere)

Cons

No paid sick leave accrual like my last job Some of the training is a little unhelpful (just straight questions with no pre-emptive training material)
