Pros

Eze hires some of the best people, especially on Solutions. This is probably also a con, but teamwork and collaboration are huge on Solutions. But because you can get so close to your teammates, it makes you more accountable to the point of working 12 hour days just to not be that jerk who doesn't stay late with your coworkers. You're really going through the trenches with some great people though.

Cons

Where do I begin... As hinted above, work-life balance is virtually non-existent. Most companies who have made money during a pandemic make sure their employees are being compensated for the extra hard work and in general the times we are in. Somehow Eze figured it was best to not compensate employees despite making money. Promotions were only available for people that worked 12 hour days (keep in mind we already don't get paid for lunch, working holidays, or weekends). The company recently decided to switch its employees to 'flexible time off', taking away the incentive for hard work, since the only way people were incentivized in the past was by giving them extra vacation days. The company could not care less about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. which in the grand scheme of things isn't truly an issue for them because of how white-male-dominated the industry and the company are. Attrition is at a high... we aren't even talking associate-level people leaving... managers too, but somehow there is no work being done by upper management to think about why people are unhappy. The sad part is that the company hid its terrible treatment of employees while we were in the office, promoting beer Fridays, bagel Wednesdays, and fun company culture. But once the smoke & mirrors are taken away and we are all remote, you realize just how terrible the company is and how little they value their employees and their work. It's a shame that people don't want to refer friends and fellow acquaintances simply because of how terrible the company is.
