Pros

Unlike many Eze employees (lots of hiring done of recent college grads) I have worked elsewhere. So I have points of comparison. And I have to say that i have NEVER worked at a place with a culture like Eze. It is a pleasure to come to work. The overall pay is great --- although the mix of base vs bonus is too skewed to bonus. The industry is dynamic and interesting. Great place to learn. It's also fun being at an actual market LEADER unlike some past places i have worked! But the biggest and best aspect of life here is the CULTURE. Lots of bonding events and fun. Great culture of people being involved in everything from running those same "culture" events to running a six-figure-a-year non-profit that I just got involved in. And a culture that seems to actively look for the opinions of all employees. Which brings me to my last positive. I think that management here really gets it about balancing strategic vision, hard work and a great culture. I find it crazy how many lunches, dinners, coffee gatherings and more that the CEO seems to personally set up to give all 400 employees a chance to be heard, ask questions and be involved. After what I have seen in the past, this place is more than a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Not too many for me so far. The two I would highlight are the messed up mix of base and bonus GREAT overall comp. Great, great. But from what I hear, the bonus is ALWAYS at least a certain baseline number or you wouldn't be here. So why not make that baseline number part of my base and make the BONUS just that...something smaller, subjective and EXTRA? And although it seems as if management is in the midst of trying to address this next issue, i think that historically the "HARD WORK" culture here made it tough for the new moms I have seen more and more (as the company naturally ages a bit from its start up roots). I heard the some women used to find the work/life balance too hard for being a mom. But I think management is trying to address this with more flexible set ups for working moms (they announced one at the last company meeting). that'll be nice to see.

Pros

motivated coworkers, decent perks, and a lot of cool people. You can work as hard as you want and you'll generally be rewarded for it

Cons

The hours can be very long depending on the project you are assigned to. Communication between managers and employees could be better.
