      Working at Eze gives you a wide range of experience across both finance and technology industries.

      Cons

      The company is cutting edge, but it is still overcoming its entrepreneurial start-up culture and has trouble balancing its high-touch service model with the resources it allocates to longer-term development goals.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at Eze Castle is the opportunity to challenge yourself. The level of competition at Eze Castle is extremely high and that doesn't even mention the level of expectations. Each day you are going to be pushed and in the process you are really going to see your own potential. Another reason to work at Eze Castle is the family atmosphere. You are going to be surround by people who believe in the company's culture. In turn, it just stregthens the bond between employees and even alumni. Two of the best managers I have ever assisted were from Eze Castle.

      Cons

      Downside for working at Eze Castle, is the lack of personal time. As stated in the pros, the culture is highly competitive and expectations are high. In turn, you will find yourself in a strongly political climate. Alliances are made and broken day in and out which hampers Eze Castle from being an exceptional place to work and lowers it to just a great place to work. Another weakness is the lack of experience amongst managers. Eze Castle does a great job of promoting within; however, it creates a one way is the right way mentality. It slows down the process of refreshing the organization with new ideas.
