      Younger crowd, sexy industry. Poor work/life balance. Requires substantial creativity

      * Get a closer look at a really cool industry with a niche clientele * Company has many activities to try to get people within the company to get to know each other better * Amazing internal company charity organization * People are friendly and younger - doesn't mean older people are not welcomed * CEO (Tom Gavin), and upper upper management is very inspirational * Great first place to work out of college - you will learn soft skills fast

      Cons

      * Hours are long - need to be creative in solving issues * Some management personnel are good, some are fixated with "get it done now" mentality * After a while, moving up gets a little tricky

      Pros

      motivated coworkers, decent perks, and a lot of cool people. You can work as hard as you want and you'll generally be rewarded for it

      Cons

      The hours can be very long depending on the project you are assigned to. Communication between managers and employees could be better.
