      Pros

      Eze is spot on when it comes to culture. Although they are a growing company, they work incredibly hard to maintain the start-up feeling that everyone enjoys. Additionally, Eze has some of the hardest working, most motivated employees of any company I have worked for.

      Cons

      So far Eze has impressed me with their top-notch work ethic and culture. The initiatives and steps they take to maintain the start-up, all hands on deck, mentality are wonderful- especially from leadership.
