      This used to be a great company to work for. There are still a lot of good people in the rank and file

      Cons

      Massive exodus of talent Recent elimination of bonuses and reduction of compensation Completely inept management with no direction Hostile work environment Betting company on huge IMS initiative that to date is a total failure Will soon be sold again for the 5th time when the private equity owners find someone to dump it on

      Pros

      Eze used to be a pretty decent place to work, a "talent farm" as they called themselves. Learned some basics about the industry, some basics of SQL, fun holiday parties in Boston once a year

      Cons

      Was always a "old boys club" when it came to promotions. Technical skills were trivial compared to those at other companies like Bloomberg, Factset and Black Mountain Systems. Lots of walls up between consulting and developers, resulting in lower product knowledge and feedback back to the product teams.

      Pros

      At Eze, you will work with some of the smartest, kindest, and driven individuals. Your coworkers will become some of your closest friends. Thy will be the keystone to your sanity at Eze. Free beer.

      Cons

      Salary to hours worked it ridiculous. You will see the CEO commenting on reviews regarding salary. He will state that they’ve run industry benchmarks and salary’s are on point. Hint, these benchmarks are not run against the hours you will work, but on industry average. You will be over worked and underpaid. Work/life balance. Management avoids directly addressing issues. Turnover is absurdly high. Many individuals with expertise have left. This gap has created a lack of expertise.
