During my time, I made tons of great relationships with not only my department but others as well. They promote growth and allow you to branch out to get different types of experience to further your career. Great management/people in the IT department. Care about your success/self and will help anywhere they can. Very conscious of best practices and seems like they have good backing from the other company executives.

Cons

Occasional travel which may be a positive or negative depending on the person.
