Opportunity to advance in leadership and grow with the company by exercising safety, and keeping your eyes and ears open for hazards. Be a team leader and follow instructions to work and get along with all your coworkers. Keep your work site clean and free of trip hazards and always wear your PPE.

Cons

Not doing your best to help with production you slow down the progress of other team members. If you work unsafe on a job site you are putting yourself and your coworkers at risk of being injured because you want to hurry a job with unsafe procedures. Being a team leader, and working with your other coworkers, horse playing, not helping your coworker needs assistance, and not willing to listen to advice or your opinion when you think it is not needed. it is Unsafe for you to work in an area where you leave debri and trip hazards for your coworkers to come upon and hurt themselves out of work and the company lose production.
