Somewhat flexible schedule, interesting type of work

Cons

No support staff- project managers are expected to be a lawyer, accountant, accounts payable, trainer, marketing, IT, and business development. There is also no pre qualification for contractors meaning they will hire anybody, and continue to be burned by their lack of due diligence. Lots of software changes- there is no standard way of doing things. Hostile work environment- lots of loud arguments on a daily basis. There is also NO HR at this office! No physical person and there is a culture of keeping things quiet. If you feel unsafe or have a valid concern-it will not be heard.
