Company maintains a great culture and hires great people all while keeping projects successfully moving forward. Great safety program and overall organization structure.

Cons

Seasonal long hours based on project schedules but to be expected in the construction industry. Still has several "old school" ways that make the process long sometimes.

Pros

Working for F.H. Paschen has been a great opportunity. I really enjoy work here. The advancement opportunities are great and the training is beyond. It’s great to be working somewhere with great people that actually feels like a family business and when they same team they mean it.

Cons

All companies can do things better. But when I find some I’ll update this.
