F.H.Paschen is a great company work for. Like most companies the leadership sets the example. We have great leadership that really does care about you on a individual level. You are not just another number. We all work closly together as a team. I can honestly say FHP is one of if not the best company I have had the pleaser to work for. I have been in the industry for almost 30 yrs. I can honestly say I finally found my home with FHP Dallas Texas!
