Great atmosphere. High caliber of work expected. Resources are available if needed, whether it be IT, HR or coworkers to answer questions.

Cons

It is a bigger company to work and you will not meet everyone. Upper management isn't as accessible as a smaller company but you do get to work with a few senior VP's.
