      Pros

      Co-workers are quite friendly. The employees at company attempt to plan events in order to build a team environment. Many family members work there.

      Cons

      No HR Department. This is handled by the president's secretary. This creates a huge conflict of interest. Benefits are average at best.

      They have a few knowledgeable people, a lot of people with great potential, they hire smart people, worked with some good people

      Cons

      They have a few knowledgeable people, they didn't have processes in place for submittals or they didn't enforce the processes. Subcontractors were hired for work outside their capabilities or experience . Lots of holes in contracts, a lot of bullying throughout the company at every level. Motivated through threats which caused errors to be hidden or blaming each other. People had responsibilities above their experience without proper guidance.
