Great Company with Strong Management Team and Open Culture

Good opportunity to learn and grow career. Powerful company with lots of management backing on projects. Most employees are easy to get along with and helpful. Very proactive training routine. Upper management is very approachable and willing to help when needed.

Cons

Like most commercial contractors, long work hours. Stressful at times. They expect a lot from employees and failure is not an option.
