Pros

They treated me fairly, gave me the training I needed, and let me earn more responsibilities as I progressed through my three internships.

Cons

Some of the nature of general contracting. Lots of paperwork such as as-built postings and submittable review. Also, incompetent subcontractors that are hard to talk to.

They have a few knowledgeable people, a lot of people with great potential, they hire smart people, worked with some good people

Cons

They have a few knowledgeable people, they didn't have processes in place for submittals or they didn't enforce the processes. Subcontractors were hired for work outside their capabilities or experience . Lots of holes in contracts, a lot of bullying throughout the company at every level. Motivated through threats which caused errors to be hidden or blaming each other. People had responsibilities above their experience without proper guidance.
